Amsterdam Flowers

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sister-in-law, which could also be delivered quickly. The bouquet was not exactly as described on the website, but I think that’s because not all flowers are always available. Despite that, I am very satisfied with the bouquet and the fast service. When creating an account, only my sister-in-law's details are in there, and I cannot change that in any way. During the order process, only the name and address where the bouquet should be delivered are requested, not the details of the person placing the order. Personally, I don’t order flowers for myself, so maybe this is standard, but I would appreciate being able to create an account for myself so that I can order flowers more often.

Everything happened as I requested/emailed, the right bouquet, delivered well in advance, at the specified time. Everybody happy.

This was the first time I placed an order through this website. The delivered product looked good and was delivered on time. The roses included in the product were not available, but thanks to a proactive customer service, it all turned out well. I will definitely use this website again.

I ordered a beautiful funeral bouquet from a florist I didn't know. It's always a wait to see how it turns out. We were speechless, truly vibrant with cheerful colors and different types of flowers. It clearly reflected how we saw our beloved niece: joyful, exuberant, enthusiastic, and very energetic. This was evident in the funeral bouquet.
