Amsterdam Flowers

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday. I had ordered from Amsterdam Flowers before and had nice experiences. However, this time I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I specifically chose the bouquet for the Bird of Paradise flower included in the presentation, and it didn't arrive. Not only that, but I didn't recognize the bouquet at all. I understand there is a disclaimer about the availability of the flowers, but this arrangement was so different from what I ordered that I didn't recognize it. Furthermore, I included a note to go with the flowers, but that wasn't delivered, which only added to the confusion. I am sorry, but my experience this time around was not the best.

I have had flowers delivered several times, but this last time I forgot to put our name on the card... I sent an email afterward... but I haven't heard anything about who the flowers were for, so we don't know who the flowers came from...
