Beautiful flowers. Friendly and helpful people. Whenever I buy flowers, I always do it here.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend for his birthday, but they didn't deliver. The reason they gave was that there was no one at home, but my friend has a camera at his door and receives notifications via an app whenever someone is at the front door. Additionally, another delivery arrived on the same day, which was received by my friend.

I am based in another country and ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise, but they were delivered to the neighbor's house. I was informed that my friend needed to collect them from the neighbor's house a few days later, which spoiled the surprise, and they received flowers that were days old. My friend was not home when the flowers were delivered to the neighbor's house, but it was disappointing that the surprise was ruined and they received flowers that were not fresh. It would have been preferable if the flowers had not been left at the neighbor's house and had been delivered again fresh. Amsterdam Flowers were responsive via email, which is a positive aspect.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful. :)

The flowers were intended for a photo of the house for Funda. They were supposed to arrive by 1 PM. They were only delivered after 3:30 PM. That's quite disappointing. The peonies were gone immediately, but despite the warm weather, the rest held up reasonably well for another 5 days.
