Amsterdam Flowers

I already sent a thank-you email: thank you for the quick delivery of beautiful fresh flowers!

The delivery was on the same day, and the flowers looked really nice :)

The digital system doesn't work quite well, because despite receiving a confirmation, the order did not go through. My payment had not been processed, but unfortunately, I was not informed about this; otherwise, I could have taken care of it before the delivery date. I even received a feedback link, so I thought everything was fine! Fortunately, Suzanne was great when I called to arrange the order anyway (though it's unfortunate now - a day late). I had indicated that I would like the delivery before 1 PM due to a meeting we had with the recipient at that time. Unfortunately, there was only one florist in that region (Zaanstreek), and the flowers arrived around 3:30 PM... That's actually the only negative.

The website is clear and user-friendly. The bouquet was beautiful and met expectations. This gives me confidence to possibly get in touch with you again.
