Amsterdam Flowers

The flowers were nice, but the delivery ruined the experience. I sent a bouquet for my friend’s birthday with specific instructions regarding the delivery time, but it was delivered late. No one was home, and the driver neither called me nor my friend; instead, he left the bouquet at another house, with a small note left behind on the staircase, not even at the door! They didn’t notify me about this via email either, and I had to complain to receive a response the next day, which simply stated, “it was left in the next door building.” There was no apology, no offer to make it right, and no compassion at all regarding the birthday gift they had just ruined. My friend was only able to pick it up the next evening, which is obviously not how it is supposed to go. I’m disappointed with the service and the lack of customer care.

I used Amsterdam Flowers as a secondary option because the first delivery (from another company) had to be canceled after a 3-day delay. Amsterdam Flowers delivered the order within a couple of hours. I am taking out 1 star due to the limited variety of products. I was looking for potted plant options without blossoms, since it was for a man, but there weren't many choices; most of them were orchids or other feminine flowers. Additionally, if you want to add chocolate to the order, there is only one option, and it's also pretty basic chocolate.

Delivered on time and a beautiful funeral bouquet. I had ordered from another shop before, but they couldn't deliver on time even though it was stated on the website. At the last moment, I had to search for another option. Everything went smoothly with Amsterdam Flowers! My compliments.

We gave a good friend a bouquet of flowers for her birthday! The delivery was good. However, I didn't find the flowers beautiful; they didn't match each other, and I think orange is ugly for flowers. They were also wilted after just one day, despite good care.
