Good experience after one phone call following delivery, as there were many bouquets and it was a bit unclear whether the actual bouquet had been delivered. That's why I gave a score of 9.5. I miss the option for additional comments on the website.

Last week, I had a beautiful funeral arrangement made with white and purple flowers. The arrangement was truly stunning, but we noticed on the day of the funeral that a name was misspelled on the ribbon. It said Leneke instead of Ieneke. Unfortunately, they mistook the capital letter "I" for an "L." However, we could also laugh about it; making mistakes is human.

I visited my daughter on Tuesday, and not much of the beautiful bouquet that was delivered on Thursday was left. She had already had to remove a few flowers, and on Tuesday, another one had to go, and the roses were also nearing their end. A 7-day vase guarantee should mean that the flowers look good for 7 days, not that half of them are already gone. After this comment, Amsterdam Flowers got in touch and delivered a new bouquet a week later. This bouquet fulfilled the vase guarantee. Thank you for the proper solution.
