Amsterdam Flowers

I live in South Africa and placed an order online for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend at her office in Amsterdam. I accidentally provided the wrong address online and emailed them with the correct address. Susanne was very prompt in getting back to me and assured me that it would be delivered to the new address. Happy customer!

I had entered the address and name incorrectly. They didn't make a fuss about it. On the same day, a beautiful bouquet was delivered to the hospital. Very happy with the good service and the quality of the flowers.

On the website, it stated that ordering before 2:00 PM meant delivery on the same day. However, upon inquiry, it turned out that this only applied within Amsterdam; outside of Amsterdam, it was necessary to order before 1:00 PM, and it was already half past one. The lady on the phone immediately started arranging everything with the supplier, and my bouquet could still be delivered on the same day. Great! Perhaps just make this a bit clearer on the website...

I forgot to write a message and I sent an email, and everything was perfectly fine.

I ordered a combination of a red bouquet of flowers and a bottle of red wine for my anniversary. The bouquet was delivered on Wednesday, and the wine was delivered on Thursday. I could have simply bought the bottle myself from AH the next day. The purpose of delivering a combined order together is important, as it holds more significance when received together. On the positive side, I ordered in the morning, and it was delivered the same day for a small fee. The flowers were fine, and when I inquired about the missing bottle, I received a timely response.

The flowers were delivered on time, just a couple of hours after the order.
