    I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday with delivery scheduled between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Even though she was home until 1:30 p.m., the flowers never arrived. When I contacted the company, they told me there was a delay due to an issue on the highway, but they didn’t inform me in advance. The service didn’t meet my expectations for such an important occasion. I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars.
