<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>- Be a bit friendlier when speaking to customers. - When a customer (in this case, me) indicates that the money has been deducted from my account but has not received confirmation that action is being taken, instead of expressing doubts about the recipient, I would appreciate more assurance. As a customer, I know where I want the flowers sent and do not want to be told that the address is incorrect or that I need to justify to whom I am sending this. Additionally, it took over an hour to resolve issues regarding my order number, which resulted in the delivery of the wedding bouquet not being able to take place before 2:00 PM. It was unclear when it could be delivered. In short, I placed an order with you for the first time, and this will also be the last time. Best regards, Jenny</p>
