    Totally unsatisfied with the delivery. They delivered another bouquet that the chosen one and a rabbit toy (cheaper) instead of a teddy bear. I wouldn’t buy from this site again.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers online, but there was no option to enter a VAT number. I then asked customer service to create an invoice including our VAT number, but unfortunately, they said it was not possible???

    Amazing flowers and excellent service. I use them often and have never been less than delighted, especially by the development of the blooms and how long they last.
