<b>Pros</b><p>I spoke with them over the phone about the delivery address. I was helped kindly and well, which gave me confidence that everything would be fine. The speed of same-day delivery is very positive in my opinion. The website is also clear; I haven't seen the bouquet myself, so I can't judge it. The recipient did write thank you for an enormous bouquet.</p><b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>Perhaps send a photo of the bouquet to the buyer.</p>

<b>Pros</b><p>The order was delivered as scheduled, and the bouquet looked neat and well-presented. It was our first experience with this company, but certainly not the last. Although this occasion (cremation) was, of course, not a good reason for it.</p><b>Improvements</b><p>n/a</p>
