<b>Pros</b><p>John Nederstigt from Amsterdam Flowers solved the problem of his colleague florist by offering me another bouquet after the ordered flowers completely failed to meet expectations! He certainly didn't have to do this, as John Nederstigt was not responsible for the issue. But this is what we call customer friendliness with a capital C! Super well resolved.</p><b>Cons</b><p>Keep it up! Nothing to criticize.</p>
