You had a bug on your site that prevented me from entering my billing address. I tried to do this about six times, as I didn't understand why I couldn't complete the purchase. Finally, I called you. You were very helpful, but it was probably an expensive call from the UK, which I would normally never do. That is why I feel unable to recommend you at this point. However, my friend loved the flowers, and the delivery was perfect.

The ordered bouquet was missing the twigs that are visible in the photo. It's a pity because they make the bouquet more playful. I don't know how the quality was, as I gifted the bouquet.

I didn't come across a field during my order where I could leave a message for the person receiving my flowers. I sent an email about this before placing the order, but I wasn't helped, and the flowers were sent without a message to the birthday person. Furthermore, I found the bouquets to be very expensive. Topbloemen is much cheaper.
