The service is truly amazing; many companies/people could learn something from it.

First: This was the status for 8 days: "Item Status for Barcode: RS584356075DE is Shipment information uploaded to Deutsche Post on 04.12.2024 23:03" ... I initially left a 1-star review, which is certainly understandable given how long it took for the item to reach the sorting center. However, the shop inquired and communicated quickly and effectively, and most importantly, personally, so I can now assume that the item will be with me soon, as the status at the post office finally changed this evening. It's frustrating that the shop gets to see the updates first, but as a customer, I can only see what is made available to me for tracking purposes. Perhaps something could be changed at this point.
