After a disappointing experience with Seagate IronWolf and having used WD for years, I took the plunge again with Seagate Exos 28 TB.     Drive was dead on arrival. Sent an email to datablocks team using contact email and wrote a review. Got an answer from datablocks team which promptly organized a return and sent a new a article right away while trying to find solutions. Replacement article works out fine so far !
