Very good company, nice products, and you are kept well informed about the entire ordering process. Upon delivery, one item turned out to be slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and a new item was sent immediately. Friendly approach and problem-solving; a very nice company!!!

I took a gamble and placed an order. The item was a lot cheaper than other sites which was great. The item did take a long time since the parcel needed to ship from The Netherlands to the UK. I did email asking for an update and they replied the next day. If you are patient and simply ask for an update the company will deliver. Could do better with order status so 4/5.

I've wanted to buy from this creator several times, thinking each time that it's too expensive... But today I took the plunge and bought the mug and saucer for myself. I washed and dried them, then used them. Pleasure is not a matter of price. I must also say that the packaging was perfect, and the delivery times were excellent... I highly recommend!
