Despite the longer delivery time, the item still arrived on time. It was excellently packaged and delivered in good condition.

Order placed on January 15, and we finally received one of the two items today after a few exchanges with the after-sales service (thanks to them). The second item is expected in April, so we'll have to wait and see. Fingers crossed!

A ceramic flower pot arrived broken from the packaging. After sending a few photos, they offered to send a new pot without any issues. Great customer service!

Hello, The sofa meets my expectations; the only downside I would mention is that I would have liked to be alerted more clearly about the size of the box... I had to unpack it on the lawn to get it through the bay window. It passed by just a centimeter. So in the end, no problem for me, but I suppose other customers might find themselves unable to get it inside... So... maybe it should be clearly indicated when presenting the item since it doesn't arrive in a kit for the seat and armrests (even though the dimensions are specified).

Orders are always prepared and delivered very quickly. The delivery personnel are careful and fast. I am always very satisfied, and in my opinion, it's the best.
