Delivery was great. I made a mistake with my order, but it could be changed over the phone immediately. The black table was even carried upstairs; the delivery person had already come to help, but it wasn't necessary.

My experiences are positive. The order was delivered within two weeks, with clear communication from Living and the carrier Mainfreight. The order was well and neatly packaged.

Yesterday, my set of Bloomingville dinnerware was delivered, and it is so beautiful! :) When I ordered, I had doubts about the quality of the glaze, but it is so good that it can easily go in the dishwasher. Until next time! :)

I placed an order and paid for a table lamp, but after my payment was confirmed, I never received any further updates about my order. Every time I emailed them, I got an automated response saying, "Check your spam." When I tried calling, an automated message said the line was busy and advised me to send an email instead. In the end, I had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. I have no idea how they got your verification – I think this is a scam!

Last week, I ordered a beautiful table online. It was delivered within 5 days. A friendly employee contacted me beforehand to schedule a delivery appointment. The delivery team brought it in neatly.

Very clear communication regarding the delivery (date, time, what will/not happen ..), smooth delivery, good instructions for assembling the sofa.
