2 out of the 9 ordered (House Doctor) items arrived damaged and in pieces... so disappointing! The delivery also took a bit longer than indicated. Additionally, it was not clearly marked on the packaging that the package was fragile. However, it was resolved quickly.

I ordered two beautiful cushion covers, and they were delivered quickly. But why do you pack the covers in a box instead of neatly folding them? It looks unkempt and careless, giving an indifferent impression. It's a shame. That's why I give 4 stars.

I was helped well, and the sofa was delivered on time. The box didn't fit through the door, so I had to bring it in myself because the delivery person wasn't allowed to unpack it. That was inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was fine.
