Great service and experience. I just ordered a Karup sofa bed at the end of 2024, which was delivered today. The communication regarding the delivery was very pleasant, and I was able to coordinate it well with my work. There were a few parts to assemble, but the result is worth the wait :):)
Kept informed by Keurig about the delivery. A day in advance, there was also an indication of the time for the delivery of the sofa.

The cabinet was delivered damaged, but the customer service quickly addressed the issue. I could either receive a discount on the cabinet or have a new one sent to me. After taking some photos, the new cabinet was delivered quickly, and the old cabinet was taken away. Well resolved!
The delivery time was clearly stated on the website and was then delivered on time as promised. Well packaged.
