I received a quick response when I added a note about the delivery to my order for a business address. Communication regarding the delivery was good and timely.

Everything was arranged perfectly as agreed. It was left at the door instead of inside the house, but that’s probably why the shipping was free.

After placing the order, I only received information upon inquiry: delivery time suddenly 5 weeks. I canceled the order. And on the same day, the purchase price was refunded! I call that customer-friendly.

Everything went well, except for the shipping. According to DHL, the order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, but they indicated that I wasn't home, even though I waited for the package all day. After contacting customer service, the package was delivered quickly after all. I am very happy with the items ;)

Email correspondence was good and quick, returning items was well organized. I received my money back in my bank account quickly. Additionally, I am also happy with the items I purchased and kept.
