The photos, the ordering process, and the information about the product and delivery are good and clear. Very nice unique products and a good quality/price ratio. The delivery takes a bit long, and the shipping costs are high.
Unfortunately, the delivery took longer than indicated. However, I am satisfied with the product.
I have been trying to cancel my order, which I made on July 16th this summer, for almost three months now. The store has not responded to any of my emails, and I've sent at least four. It has been an incredible back-and-forth with Klarna as well since I will not accept the charge for something I canceled and never received. It is not too late to actually respond to your clients and cancel an order when they ask you to on the same day of confirmation. Update: The store has forcefully sent me the item after 1,5 months since the order and keeps ignoring my e-mails. I have not received the item. I canceled on the same day of confirmation, July the 16th.
Very beautiful lamp, but still 4 stars because the lamp is more dark blue than blue.
Some items were delivered without packaging but neatly in a shipping box.
Recently, I ordered a lamp from Living and Company, and I am extremely satisfied with both the purchase and the overall experience with the webshop.
