We are very satisfied with the 2 beautiful armchairs we purchased. They are a bit on the expensive side for furniture that you still have to assemble yourself, but with the discount, it was still a good deal.

Delivery was a bit slow, but the items are beautiful. However, something was not right with what I received. The customer service was attentive and very efficient.

The lamp from Louis Poulsen had transport damage. After reporting the damage through the customer contact form, I was promptly contacted by customer service. My concern was received very kindly both in the personal conversation and via email. Without any complications, I was immediately offered a replacement for the damaged item. Everything went completely smoothly. I am very satisfied.
