De fotos, het bestellen, de informatie over product en levering zijn goed en duidelijk. Erg mooie aparte producten en goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding. De levering duurt wat lang en de verzendkosten zijn hoog.

Levering duurde helaas langer dan aangegeven. Wel tevreden met het product.

I have been trying to cancel my order, which I made on July 16th this summer, for almost three months now. The store has not responded to any of my emails, and I've sent at least four. It has been an incredible back-and-forth with Klarna as well since I will not accept the charge for something I canceled and never received. It is not too late to actually respond to your clients and cancel an order when they ask you to on the same day of confirmation. Update: The store has forcefully sent me the item after 1,5 months since the order and keeps ignoring my e-mails. I have not received the item. I canceled on the same day of confirmation, July the 16th.

Sommige artikelen werden geleverd zonder verpakking maar wel netjes in een verzenddoos.

Onlangs heb ik een lamp besteld bij Living and Company, en ik ben enorm tevreden over zowel de aankoop als de algehele ervaring met de webshop.
