That is certainly not the experience we want to provide our customers. In your case, the fabric was ordered on June 12. Due to a technical malfunction and the resulting backlog at our supplier's warehouse, the delivery unfortunately experienced a delay. As soon as we had clarity on this, we informed you on June 24, apologized, provided a new delivery week, and also offered you the option to cancel the order free of charge. On July 8, your order was then handed over to DPD, and you received the Track & Trace immediately. Regarding the fabric samples, we try to offer these so that customers can make an informed choice at home. Therefore, with a final fabric order, you will receive a discount equal to the amount paid for the fabric samples, up to a maximum of four pieces (€24). Once again, our apologies for the delay.
