Really worthless for the second time. I indicated that I was not satisfied, and I received an email asking if the package was still complete or if I had used it for just one day, and that they would see what they could do. For example, a partial return. I mentioned that I had used it for one day, and suddenly nothing can be done! Say that right away! Then you could have informed me immediately instead of first sending an email: "We would like to help you find a solution. Could you let me know if: You still have the complete package? You only used it for the first day? Then we can look together at what we can do – for example, a partial return of the package."

They are simply good products.
