    Perfectly resolved! Capsules ordered in size 3. Received in size 1. Then checked my order confirmation email and it stated 1. Strange. We had measured everything to be sure and were convinced that we ordered size 3. There was a notification that something went wrong with the order, it was about the address. Resolved and didn't look further. Long story short, sent an email to the service department. I was called back within 1.5 hours. After some discussion about what could have gone wrong, no one was sure, we were given the benefit of the doubt and size 3 capsules are on their way. That is customer-oriented solving, thank you!
