Since a wrong product was delivered, we offered you to return it free of charge using a PostNL QR code provided by us. As soon as the package was handed over to PostNL, we would immediately send the correct tests to you. You did not have to wait until the return shipment had arrived at our place. Additionally, as an apology for the mistake made and as a thank you for your cooperation, we offered to send not the ordered 3 tests but 4 tests, so you would receive an extra test for free. This procedure is what we use to receive incorrectly delivered products back and applies to all customers. This is also explicitly stated in our general terms and conditions.
