Very satisfied with the customer service! I had ordered different sizes of vegetarian capsules and for one size I had ordered not vegetarian but just normal transparent capsules. They sent me a WhatsApp message to ask if these should have been vegetarian as well because then they would solve it for me. Really great!
It took a very long time for mailbox mail that was ultimately delivered by package mail.
They sell nice products and everything is well explained on how to use it and what it does. You can track your order well and everything is packaged nicely for shipping. I really find this webshop pleasant and easy.
