Response by Wapshop.nl
Dear Esther, It is unfortunate and disappointing to read that you feel we are not doing anything about it. We understand that it is frustrating to have to wait longer for an order. However, we want to emphasize that since the first delivery attempt, which was just a day after your order, we have actively kept in touch with you. We have responded to your questions and phone calls as quickly and carefully as possible. Your order has been shipped via PostNL and is currently still within the delivery window they have for this shipping method. Due to high demand or circumstances at PostNL, it can unfortunately happen that packages experience some delays, something we have no control over. As previously mentioned: if the package ultimately does not arrive, we will certainly resolve this for you. You can trust that we will not leave you in the lurch. We hope for your understanding and will continue to monitor the situation for you. Kind regards, Diana

Products meet expectations, customer service that thinks along with you and responds quickly (during office hours, of course). Recommended.
