Forms are a NIGHTMARE, so do something about it, because it can be better. I still have an address for you. Other than that, nothing but praise. Fast delivery, well packaged, beautiful laptop, and the best part for me, ready to go with Ubuntu installed.

It states that it will be shipped within 1 day, but I had to wait a few days. Additionally, I cannot track the order through any email. As soon as I click on the link, I am redirected to the SKIKK webshop and I can't see anywhere how far along they are with my order.

Thank you, the page after placing the order gave an HTTP status 500 error. Additionally, I was required to fill in a date of birth. This is a particularly sensitive personal data field that should only be requested if one or more ordered items are age-restricted. That is not the case with memory products, and this is a serious violation of the GDPR.

I experienced some minor issues with the website, but the customer service is excellent! Everything was resolved perfectly and quickly.

Tight service, almost everything was done as agreed. I just had to upgrade the laptop to Ubuntu myself, as there was still Windows on it.
