It was very difficult to get the right invoice, without the VAT (the purchase being made for the company). Then, I paid, I sent the payment proof, and, then, no reaction. For the Order #26785, I wanted to check my order status on my account (on your website), but there is no order anymore. I tried to call you on your phone number (+31 (0) 38 386 1055, taken from your site), but nobody answered. I tried 2 times, 8 and 11 minutes, but nothing. I have sent emails to your SKIKK info@skikk.eu and support@skikk.eu, but no answer. What is happening?

Getting the correct VAT-free invoice and not receiving timely replies should not have been this difficult, and we fully understand the frustration this caused.
