Good and fast service!

The order unfortunately experienced a bit of a delay, which happens sometimes. However, there are a few questions/issues that I believe could/should be clearer, such as a short paper instruction. Should the included disc be installed or not? The information regarding the language/keyboard is also confusing. Additionally, my inquiry about obtaining insurance still hasn't received a response. It's not possible to actually finalize the insurance through the website; there's just an overview. So, how does that work? What I find misleading is that a backlit keyboard is on sale, but in reality, it is not available. The design and screen are good and beautiful, and the SKIKK logo is well made. Wow, I am really impressed with this store. First of all, the staff are very courteous and answered all the questions I had. The PC they assembled for me according to my specifications is affordable. The PC was packed in a wealth of foam in the box. The shipment had GPS tracking, and the delivery person had to wait until I signed for it. The shipment also could not be sent to a pickup point to ensure that my expensive package arrived safely to me. So I also commend them for that. Very comfortable. I had contact beforehand with a question, and I received a quick response via phone. I was helped very well; I intended to send an email after placing my order, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I didn't do it right away, and by then, the order was already completely processed and handled. Well, sometimes the choice is made! Still, I am very satisfied with how the phone service was and the quick shipping. I still need to wait for the products.
