Tight service, almost everything was done as agreed. I just had to upgrade the laptop to Ubuntu myself, as there was still Windows on it.

Throughout the entire ordering process and delivery, everything was clearly communicated and agreements were honored.

My laptop works very satisfactorily, and my questions were answered expertly and quickly.

Everything as desired, beautiful laptop, works as it should. Nice that you could customize it to your liking.

The assembly was very fast, and they have great laptops. Also, the contact with them was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with SKIKK. I ordered two identical laptops with a 144Hz screen. One turned out to have a 60Hz screen. No replacement was available due to lack of stock. Communication was slow, and I had to search for an alternative myself. Roy called to apologize. After about a month, I received another laptop (with extra RAM), but it had over 40 dead (sub)pixels. Each laptop was supposed to be checked by a person; how could this happen? I lost a lot of time, and my Office license is no longer usable (90 days). The laptop is being returned, and I am looking elsewhere. I give 2 instead of 1 star for Roy's genuine kindness and apologies.
