I received the order in good time and pleased that the klimops arrived in healthy condition. However, disappointing to find that the other plants in my order appeared to be in poor condition upon arrival. I contacted the customer service team, providing photographs of the plants, and was informed that they were considered to be in good shape. I decided to wait a few days in the hope that the plants might recover, but unfortunately, they did not, and they are now beyond saving. Given the response of the customer service, I would not order here again.
