After 2 or 3 days, I emailed, but received no response. They don't have a phone number, so I reached out via WhatsApp. They mentioned having 'problems with the email' and I received a tracking link. I had to wait 2 days until the PostNL app indicated that the package had been shipped. I did receive the package. I provided feedback about the slow shipping and lack of updates, but received no response. This experience is a red flag for me, so I will not order from them again.
