Before I placed my order, I did some research. Eventually, I ordered a (emergency radio). I received a confirmation right away, but then it went quiet. After 2 or 3 days, I emailed, but received no response. They don't have a phone number, so I reached out via WhatsApp. They mentioned having 'problems with the email' and I received a tracking link. I had to wait 2 days until the PostNL app indicated that the package had been shipped. I did receive the package. I provided feedback about the slow shipping and lack of updates, but received no response. This experience is a red flag for me, so I will not order from them again.

Fortunately, I haven't had to use the emergency equipment yet, and I hope it stays that way.

Product delivered quickly, but I had a question that I asked multiple times, and it was not answered or answered incorrectly. Too bad, because of this I don't consider it a serious company and therefore do not recommend doing business with them.

Emergency radio for vacation, and you never know. Delivered quickly too.
