Fast delivery, often with an extra ink sample as a gift, nicely and personally packaged. I had placed a large order, of which 1 ink was no longer in stock. I received a nice alternative instead, sent along with a personal note.
Well packaged, friendly, and regularly new inks. It's great that there is a store so close to home that offers samples.
