The breast pump I ordered arrived the next day! Nicely packaged and of good quality, it works really well. My order was supposed to include 50 storage bags, but unfortunately, they were not included. Fast service, friendly, and top-notch care! My own battery was broken. I was able to quickly order a new battery (with a discount because I was already a YOUHA user), and it was shipped out the same day. (It arrived the next day.) Unfortunately, that battery also didn't work well (not clear why), but I contacted them about it, and the staff helped me think of ways they could assist me, and ultimately they quickly sent out a new one again. It's great to have such fast, reliable service!
