My battery made a strange ticking sound that I had never heard before, and I felt that the battery was less powerful. I had already used the pen with my first child. I sent an email and then contacted them via chat. I was helped very nicely and quickly. Even though the factory warranty had expired a few months ago, I still received a new battery.
