I am not only super satisfied with the Youha Gen 2 pump, but also with the customer service. When one of my pumps started to lose power and I contacted customer service, a solution to the problem was found in no time, and a replacement motor was sent out. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

1 motor was partially broken, but I had pleasant and quick contact via WhatsApp. The next day, I already had a new motor! Very nice.

Very smooth communication, and when there was a problem with our purchased nose cleaner, an appropriate solution was immediately proposed. Excellent, service as it should be!

Great pumps but especially top-notch customer service!! The motor of my pump suddenly broke. On a Monday, I contacted customer service and the next day a new motor was in my mailbox. Very grateful!
