When one of the two motors stopped functioning properly, I was helped quickly so that I could get back to pumping optimally.

I find the products from Youha very nice. They are friendly to learn how to use, as well as how the pump works. The social media of Youha is also very nice. As a new mother, I often felt supported by it. And if there is anything, there is a great customer service that speaks to you well and quickly and comes up with suitable solutions.

The battery of one of the pumps was broken. This was immediately resolved very well by customer service. I received a new battery sent to me right away. Thank you very much for this great service!!

I have had the Youha Ins Next for about 5.5 months now. I am very satisfied. The pumps are comfortable and have a powerful motor. One motor became very weak after short use and had to be charged after two pumping sessions because it was already empty. When I reported this, I received a new one sent to me.
