The battery of one of the pumps was broken. This was immediately resolved very well by customer service. I received a new battery sent to me right away. Thank you very much for this great service!!

I have had the Youha Ins Next for about 5.5 months now. I am very satisfied. The pumps are comfortable and have a powerful motor. One motor became very weak after short use and had to be charged after two pumping sessions because it was already empty. When I reported this, I received a new one sent to me.

I ordered a very nice hands-free pump online. Unfortunately, after a few days, one motor broke. I sent a message to Youha via WhatsApp, and they responded immediately. Within 2 days, I received a new motor and was able to continue pumping. What great service!

Very happy with this pumping device! Easy to use and spare parts are easy to order. Also, the customer service is very quick and professional in case of any issues.

Super fast and smooth service; even when there are problems, it is no issue to come to a solution and provide help.
