What a great team at customer service! I couldn't connect the pump to my phone, but I could to my iPad. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me with this issue, and they assisted me until the problem was resolved. The final solution was turning on both Bluetooth and location services, and then I was able to connect the pump. I'm really very satisfied with both the pump and the customer service!
