A few months ago, I bought a pump (gen2) from Youha, and yesterday one of the motors suddenly failed. At that moment, it had been used less than 20 times. I reached out via WhatsApp and received quick assistance. After I sent a video, they concluded that there was a defect in the motor and immediately sent a new one. Especially for a product like a pump, which you need/want to use quickly again, this is fantastic! The pump itself is great for moms with multiple kids or moms who want to have their hands free. Additionally, they sent a product for free that was not available separately, to complete my second pump set. An amazing and fast service from Youha! Thank you, Vera!!

Happy with the Youha Gen 2 pump. Works super well hands-free, I can do the things I want in the meantime. My motor broke down. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and was helped very quickly and well. A new one was sent out right away. Thank you!

Great service! Motor defect, contacted them. A new one was immediately sent to me so I only had to pump for a short time. The defective pump was sent back neatly and it was assessed. No strange issues, so it fell within the warranty. I can recommend Youha to everyone, especially considering the friendly customer service.

I have been using the pump for several months now since the birth of our third child. Based on reviews, I chose the Youha pump, and it has definitely been a good decision. Due to circumstances, I have been exclusively pumping all feedings for weeks, which is a challenge with three children, but without a hands-free pump, it would have been impossible. I pump while getting the kids ready in the morning, walking the dogs, in the car, while cooking, you name it... Recently, one of the motors broke, but after quick communication, they sent a new one (in the meantime, I pumped with my Medela, which is hands-free but connected to the wall outlet and pumping outside the shirt, and this was such a setback in efficiency and flexibility).
