I have been using the pump for several months now since the birth of our third child. Based on reviews, I chose the Youha pump, and it has definitely been a good decision. Due to circumstances, I have been exclusively pumping all feedings for weeks, which is a challenge with three children, but without a hands-free pump, it would have been impossible. I pump while getting the kids ready in the morning, walking the dogs, in the car, while cooking, you name it... Recently, one of the motors broke, but after quick communication, they sent a new one (in the meantime, I pumped with my Medela, which is hands-free but connected to the wall outlet and pumping outside the shirt, and this was such a setback in efficiency and flexibility).

Great service I ordered the breast pump gen 1. Later, I found out that it did not have the app function. After contacting Youha via Instagram and later via WhatsApp, I received the new motors with the app function for a fee. I was also allowed to keep the other motors. Fast delivery. Furthermore, I am satisfied with the pump itself. It does what it needs to do and is easy to clean.

Really top-notch service. My product was broken, so I contacted the company. I communicated with them via WhatsApp. I had to make a video of what was broken. After that, I sent them my details, and they immediately sent me a new product. I am very satisfied with this company and their customer friendliness.

When I had a problem with one of the motors, I received very quick feedback from Youha.nl. Ultimately, it turned out to be an irreparable issue, but the next day I had already received a new motor from them.

I'm very happy with my experience. One of my motors was malfunctioning, so they sent me a new one to replace it. It was very professional and prompt service.
