I have had the The Ins Gen 2 for a few months now. It's ideal for hands-free pumping. Pouring out the milk can sometimes be a bit messy, but that might be the case with other pumping devices as well. My motor started making strange noises over time and sometimes stopped spontaneously. I sent a message and a video to customer service via WhatsApp, and I immediately received a new one. The customer service via WhatsApp works really well overall. You can go there for any question. In short, I recommend a Youha pumping device.

I am happy with the YOUHA the inns gen 2 hands-free pumps! I have two, and one motor wasn't working properly; I was able to quickly get in touch with customer service via WhatsApp, resulting in a new motor arriving at my home (the next day). I am extremely satisfied with the pumps and the service.
