I recently purchased the double pump set, and one motor stopped functioning well after a few uses. After contacting Youha, I received a new motor super quickly! Excellent service, and the double wireless pump works great!

Purchased: Double-sided breast pump Issue: Reduced suction power of a motor Communication: Quickly assisted via WhatsApp. Solution: Tried different options, ultimately they sent a new motor. Very satisfied with the product and communication!

Very satisfied with our pump. I have also already been in contact with customer service regarding a part that needed to be replaced and received very quick feedback with a correct solution.

Works very well and fits nicely. The only issue is that if you are using the app and you make a mistake in the number of ml, you cannot change it anymore.

Recently purchased a hands-free pump, super handy for multitasking while pumping at home and at work. Unfortunately, one of the motors was defective, but customer service helped me out within a day. Big thumbs up for this great service!
