I have been using the Youha pump for over 3 months now. I initially had a Medela pump, but I purchased a Youha pump to be able to pump hands-free. I now only use the Youha pump because it is the most practical option since it allows me to keep my hands free. I am very satisfied! From the beginning, I had one cup that leaked minimally, which got worse over time. Two weeks ago, I decided to reach out about this issue; I first received new membranes, which did not solve the problem. Then I received new cups, which resolved my issue. Great and fast service; many companies could learn from this! Thank you!

We bought a Youha breast pump online at bol.com from an external firm in August 2022. Last month, my wife noticed that one of the pumps was not performing as it should. We contacted bol.com since the firm was no longer active on the site. They forwarded us to youha.nl. I reached out via WhatsApp and received a very polite and prompt response. They checked the serial numbers and will send us a new pump in the coming days. Great service!
