Good, friendly, and fast service!

Unfortunately, I received a broken motor. I contacted the helpdesk. They responded quickly and the communication was good. A new motor was immediately sent out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Youha Gen2. It is easy to use.

I had questions before I ordered, and I received a quick and friendly response. I ordered the Youha Gen 1 with the app, and there seemed to be something wrong with the motor. I contacted them via the app, and the next day they immediately sent me a new one! It turned out there was actually nothing wrong. Great service, and the pumps are excellent too! I can recommend them to every mother.
