I recently purchased the Youha Gen 1 with app. I am very satisfied with this pump. Since we need to closely monitor what our little boy is getting in terms of nutrition, I rely heavily on pumping. This pump is completely wireless, which allows me to have my hands free. This is very convenient, especially since there is also a toddler running around the house. A few days ago, my battery suddenly stopped working. It wouldn't turn on anymore. I was assisted via WhatsApp the same day, and a new battery was sent out, which I received two days later. Very pleasant communication, and the issue was handled accurately. Pumping on one side would take a lot of time in my case, so I was very happy with the quick response. A nice and good service!

With the Youha Pod breast milk collector, I catch all the 'leaking' milk that I lose while feeding from the other breast. As soon as my little boy starts to cry, I already place the pod behind my nursing bra. This is truly a win! I have had the The Ins Gen 2 for a few months now. It's ideal for hands-free pumping. Pouring out the milk can sometimes be a bit messy, but that might be the case with other pumping devices as well. My motor started making strange noises over time and sometimes stopped spontaneously. I sent a message and a video to customer service via WhatsApp, and I immediately received a new one. The customer service via WhatsApp works really well overall. You can go there for any question. In short, I recommend a Youha pumping device.
