I am happy with the YOUHA the inns gen 2 hands-free pumps! I have two, and one motor wasn't working properly; I was able to quickly get in touch with customer service via WhatsApp, resulting in a new motor arriving at my home (the next day). I am extremely satisfied with the pumps and the service.

I contacted them to get information about the differences between the 3 breast pumps, and I was incredibly well assisted by Vera. I also appreciated that she not only mentioned the specification differences but also shared her own experience. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the little one to arrive, and then I will proceed with the purchase, but at least I know which one I want!
